Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Custom & Personalized Items Due to the handmade and personalized nature of many of our products, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right!

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
